FEP Insulated Wire

FEP Insulated Wire

Extruded FEP, ETFE and PFA wires are best option for wiring where working temperature is higher, these insulating materials give better dielectric strength in very thin insulation thickness, which makes these wires and cables of lesser diameter comparative to other high voltage wires, This property is most desirable in various cable harness manufacturing to save space.

Apart from high temperature, these insulating materials are with smooth surface, chemical resistant, UV resistant, Flexible and flame retardant. These wires are resistant to most of solvents and oils that’s why recommended for use in chemical plants for long life.

We are offering these wires and cables in Bare Copper, Tinned Copper, Silver Plated Copper, Nickel Plated Copper and Pure Nickel conductors and other conductors as per requirement of applications.

Available sizes are from AWG 28 to AWG 11, in single solid and flexible multi-strand conductors with voltage grade: 250V, 600V, 1000V and as per customer’s specifications.

We offer Packing in coils form as well as in long length on plastic reels/ spools according to requirement.

Applications : High Temperature application, Wire harness assembly, control panels, medical equipments,  Transformers and motor lead wires, Invertors, Jumper wires, Military & signal equipment wiring, aircraft wiring harness, Nuclear Plants and many more.
